RCEP is the world's largest free trade agreement with the largest population and the largest trade scale。Under the RCEP project, enterprises can make full use of the accumulation rules of origin, accumulate raw materials within the scope of RCEP parties, and obtain raw material qualifications。Compared to other free trade agreements previously signed in South Korea, this lowers the threshold for export products to qualify for raw materials。
In order to ensure the effectiveness of South Korea's RCEP, Beijing Customs investigated the trade situation of Beijing enterprises to South Korea in advance, and adopted a variety of ways to interpret the RCEP policy, promising to reduce the tariffs of relevant enterprises, publicize and implement the rules of origin, and help enterprises make full use of the RCEP policy dividend。
